Downy Unstopables Fresh, 26.5 oz in-Wash Scent Booster Beads

If you have allergies, you probably want to not use this product. They put in too much of the scents and should have just stuck with the odor blocker. My wife could not sleep with the product in our sheets and I woke up stuffy and uncomfortable. She had stuffiness and a headache until we re-washed them. It is not easily removed taking extra rinses to remove it from our bedding.

I loved the fresh scent- just the right amount without being overwhelming. And the fragrance lasted on my clothing until I wore them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free trial pack, I was supposed to add the entire pack but only used 1/2 and did 2 loads. It was very strong. My bedding smells absolutely amazing coming out of the washer. By the time the drying was completed, the smell had definitely faded. I also have brand new machines... It smelled good when we went to bed, but the next day it no longer smelled like the downy beads. It is supposed to be long lasting freshness and I do not feel it lived up to that. I think if they weren't so expensive I would purchase for daily use, but with the price I will only use if we are going to wear the clothes straight out of the dryer.

I enjoyed this scent however I found it to be a little overpowering and it did linger for a while on my clothing. This might be the right product for people who like that but I like something a little lighter. The scent was definitely fresh and long lasting.

Love the smell of this! Our clothes smell great especially socks! The smell doesn't last long in the clothes after a couple weeks but we “fluff” out clothes before we wear them and by doing that it warms the clothes to activate the smell a little bit
