ODL Add-On Blind for Steel and Fiberglass Doors

This was indeed very easy to install. The glass was not broken, and was packed well. I love this product, and with my infant, we no longer have to worry about her playing or pulling on the blind strings that were previously installed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

It wasn't too hard to install. However after I got it installed I realized I couldn't raise it up and down. So I had to take it back off the door and discovered there was a red plastic piece along the inside of the panel that said "Remove" (hard to read) and the instructions online didn't mention removing that piece. After I removed that and hung it on the door again, it worked great! It would be nice if they would include the instructions in the box instead of having to look them up online. Great product overall though!

Walmart sells the add on blinds for the raised frame doors. I needed the unit for the flush frame door. When I called ODL for advice, they were very helpful and sent the necessary hardware for the flush frame. The unit went on easily and looks great.

The blinds were super easy to install and fit perfectly for the two doors they needed to go on. One of the clips which fit behind the window frame came bent but was easily straightened and worked fine.

I needed window coverings for my patio door and didn't want curtains and I couldn't hang regular blinds on the door. These were easy to hang and took maybe 15 min to do two windows. So far we are very pleased with them. They seem sturdy and look so nice. They actually look like they were originally part of the windows.
