I have always used your sugar cookie mix that comes in a bag. I always make drop cookies and have always cooked them for 7-9 minutes as the directions use to advise to do. The latest bag called for baking 17-19 minutes. The cookies didn't taste like they used to. Were much thicker/chewier. Did you change your recipe? If so I don't like them nearly as well. I don't do cut out cookies so this is not the issue…always drop cookies. Would love a response as to whether or not the mix has changed somehow. Thank you.
