Ziploc Freezer Slider Bags, Gallon 24 ct & Quart 34 ct

I bought these and had high hopes - I use these large bags for breading and they are great for shake and coat breading or just to toss ingredients. I normally always use the large ziplock freezer bags but wanted to try these out - well, the seal easily pops open. I was doing a homemade breading and had to inflate the bag and shake it to combine the ingredient - well, the seal popped open 2 second after I shock the bag and my breading was all over the place - - -This NEVER happens with the other ziplock bags I normally use - - -terrible quality/poor seal.

I have always insisted on Ziploc bags, nothing else...My husband was processing some meat last night and he complained constantly, the bags rip at the bottom and do not seal as they used to...I garden and store all the ceggies I can in bags and had experienced the same thing...the plastic is just as thick and durable...we are now going to search out other bagging options.....Please restore the oldie but goodie bags...please

This product has been damaged lately. The sliders come off and you have to pull apart or tear the bags to open them. This use to be one of the greatest products and now it's a dud. Now I would rather buy any other brand with a zipper. You tampered wth a good product now it doesn't work.The same goes for the rest of your zipper bags.

I've been using this product forever with no issues, it was great. Then this new easy open tab happened and EVERY SINGLE one of the freezer bags I've used from the last two packs (at least 40 bags and counting) the seal just keeps ripping off the one side and I can't seal it back up. I could handle it if it was a few bags, but not every single bag, how frustrating! Apparently I'm not the only one throwing all of my money down the drain on these "new and improved" bags. Will be looking for alternative brands.

My family and go through a lot of gallon freezer bags to put open sugar bags, flour, snacks for when we take trips and have to pack up diaper bags, etc. It is getting very hard for me to continue buying these bags when they are more expensive than generic and in my family pack (60) that we are currently using 6 so far the slider tabs on the bags have come right off as I am closing the bags. They are not overfilled and just come right off the first time I slide the tab. We have only gone though maybe half box if that. Def don't want to try and freeze stuff in them. Not sure if I got a box of defective ones, but I am not impressed right now with this product at the moment.
