The Art of Shaving Beard Wash, Peppermint Scent (4 fl. oz.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband said he felt like this worked pretty well. It lathered nicely and left his beard feeling good. The problem is the scent is a little bit overpowering. Fortunately it doesn't linger all day. I would recommend this, in a different scent, because even though I like peppermint it isn't this much.

The Art of Shaving Facial Scrub is so gentle, that it was hard to imagine that it was exfoliating my skin as a rubbed it in. When I used it in combination with the Art of Shaving Peppermint Facial Wash, I genuinely came away feeling like a different person. If you have never tried the Peppermint Facial Scrub, then you don't know what a clean face feels like.

After washing and conditioning my beard I was able to see a noticeable difference in the softness of my beard hair and it was even better after brushing it with the comb. The fine tooth side of the comb is a little too small for my beard though and would get caught and tug at the hairs. But luckily there are 2 different tooth options and the wider one works well for me. If you don't like mint or peppermint, you likely will not like this product.
