Product is useless. It will not play a cd at all; just keep getting error messages. Looks used not new. Bought this for my son for Christmas wrapped it and put it under the tree; by the time he opened it and we found out it would not work it was more than 30 days and I am unable to get the company to even call me back to return, exchange, or try to fix it. Very frustrated
This is a cute idea, but poorly executed. It was very difficult to operate. I bought it for a gift for a young child, and even as an adult I couldn't even get it to work consistently. Had to return it.
