Product came compressed for mailing and has not puffed up to the 3 inches promoted.
Arrived in good packaging in a timely manner, did not fit correctly, (size was not a California King), after several days it relaxed, but provided no further comfort then was already there with the original mattress
Very good, comfy mattress cover. Has that "new mattress smell" that is kinda hard to get rid of. I have yet to find a king size sheet set that fits well over the mattress AND the cover. Regardless, it's comfy and I sleep better these days.
