I've used mouthwash before but never one specifically made for dry mouth. I like this stuff, it's almost like lotion for your mouth. It doesn't burn like the other stuff we have. When I wake up with a dry mouth I use a bit of this stuff and it really helps. Flavor is good too (I have the Fresh Mint one). The only downside is that it's a bit more expensive than the other stuff. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Waste of money. I take a medicine that causes dry mouth and my doctor recommended using a dry-mouth rinse. So I tried this. Yes, it soothes the dryness. But it also leaves my tongue tingling. The label says not to swallow this rinse. So you are left with the taste and the tingling. Plain water not only soothes my dry mouth, it can be swallowed. Water tastes better than this rinse and does make my tongue tingle. This rinse leaves a residue in my mouth; water does not. This rinse is more expensive than larger bottles of store-brand mouthwash, and of course is more expensive than water.

I don't know if it's because I'm older now I do suffer with dry mouth. This product absolutely does its job and keeps my mouth moisturize and feeling "normal". It does not burn your mouth when using it (like ither mouthwashes)and will definitely be repurchasing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I suffer from from, what I believe is burning mouth syndrome (haven't been diagnosed). I started using the rinse. After about 3 days it started helping. Once I quit using it the roof of my mouth & tongue started burning again. So I am back using the rinse.

Biotene original formula was awesome!!!! Then for some reason your company changed the formula and taste....I have used your product for years and the new formula just doesn't make the cut any longer. I am going to start exploring other rinse options and I hate change!!
