I received my shoe insert a few weeks ago. It is a little wide for my sneakers. I wished it was a little smaller in the back. I wish they made these in both medium and wide width. I could've really used the medium width. Otherwise it is comfortable to walk with. I really liked it. I stand all day at work and this product really helped me feel comfortable. Arthritis runs in my family and as I've gotten older I've noticed a lot more pain after a day's work. I've tried inserts before that were uncomfortable or that I had to trim, so I was grateful at how easy these were to just slip into the shoe and go. I'm not going to say it completely relieved my pain, nothing could do that, but I did find myself a lot more comfortable after a day's work. I liked the feel of the cushioning element of the insert and really do feel a lot of the pressure that's on my feet from day to day lessen.

They absorb the pain in my heels when I am walking and standing. My legs don't ache like they used too. They are easy to use. No smell in my shoes either.

I wanted to try Dr Scholls Pain Relief Orthotics for Arthritis Pain due to me having problems with my knee and was surprised how they felt the first time I stepped into them. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly was a little skeptical that these would help me with my arthritis pain but I was wrong. First of all, it always takes me a few days to get used to stepping with new insoles in my shoes. Need less to say I had to readjust the laces for a comfortable fit and one thing these aren't the style that completely fill the shoe so no toe crushing. They taper off to fit better in my shoes. I walked a lot the first day I wore these shopping and I noticed quickly that these do make a difference. Not only in how I walk but how much it helps my knees. The heel pushes up my foot and forces me to walk more toward the ball of my foot and that seems to take off a little pressure on my heels. After a day of walking I was sore but not anywhere near how I would usually feel so I give these a big thumbs up!
