It's been too long I've had it but back on it a true staple actually helps!

This is a fizzy drink mix with a citrus punch. I recommend drinking it cold as I felt drinking the liquid lukewarm had given it a short aftertaste. This is a very easy to make supplement drink: pour 4-6 ounces of water into a glass and add packet mix, then stir. Done! The packet has an easy tear perforation on the side and when you open it a smells like real oranges. The mix dissolves well into the water with a little fizz, but I kept stirring mine because I like to dissolve the mixture completely. I like the packets because they’re small and portable. You can keep one in your wallet or purse and take it along to work or to the gym. All you need is water, and a well-rounded source of Vitamin C, D and Zinc nutrients are added to your body’s defenses against nasty colds or to help prevent dehydration from a hard, sweaty workout. As I grow older, I find I prefer quick dissolving powders instead of popping extra vitamins that are huge horse pills which are hard to swallow. The color isn’t pure orange but it's close. Plus, when you consider the benefits of this liquid supplement it more than makes up for it. I also like that the ingredients are natural and aren’t made up of strange sweeteners or caffeine-laden ingredients. I feel that this drink will really support my body’s defenses and keep it strong since it’s all natural instead of fake junk put in for flavor. Overall, it’s a good healthy dose of Vitamin D, C and Zinc. I’m going to keep drinking this daily, especially now that it’s cold season because my immune system needs the healthy boost this drink mixture gives.

Great way to get your boost your immune system but is lacking. The taste isn't that great. I tried mixing with small amount of water and it was grainy with no taste. Adding more water didn't help with taste or texture. I suppose this is better than pills or chalk taste chewables though.
