This has been life changing for my psoriasis! No other lotions with salicylic acid work the same. I only wish for larger bottles than the 4oz ones.

Love this cream the application is amazing. The way it feels on the skin is great. Helps with all skin types honestly. The cost is not as much for the effectiveness on the skin.
This stuff is great! As a disclaimer, I am fortunate enough to not have *horrible* psoriasis. I get patches here and there. When they pop up, however, they are annoying, irritating and embarrassing. This medicated cream is super thick and definitely helps to soothe, seems to reduce redness, and shorten the duration. It is not the best smelling cream ever, but it's not supposed to be either! The smell is tolerable because it works!
