Effective at getting necessary vitamins into you in an easy package! I would only love if they could make this into a *vegan* gummy form so that more women are able to take it.

Took this everyday for a long time. Changed to prenatal for Pregnancy. They were kind of big but tasteless and easy to swallow. I took mine with food or warm coffee.

I take a Vitamin Everday It Makes Me feel more like getting out of bed . I can tell when I don't take my Vitamins Because I loose all my Energy to get things done. Because I don't want to do nothing .

I used this once and never bought it again. I didn't feel like it was doing anything. I never bought another bottle again. I hear other people having good results which made me try it at first but it's a no for me.

It have no taste. I like the packaging as my baby can't get into it, the ingredients are good.. it just effective with helping me feel energized and healthy.
