This is a quick and tasty to eat on the run. The taste is just like a thick version of chocolate milk. It absolutely replaces a meal for me and helps me to stay fuller throughout the day. They are a bit costly, but with the hunger satisfaction this gives me, it's definitely worth the price.

Fully sealed. The first day my son tried one and he said there's something wrong with that flavor. Made a face and threw it out. I thought he just didn't like it. A couple weeks later, I try one and to my surprise the inside is like mashed potatoes. I had to squeeze the bottle to push it out, it no longer poured how drinks pour. It was mush. I emptied every one into my trash can. Yes, they are still within expiration date.

Tasty and doesnt leave that chalky feeling that some shakes have. this is great for a meal replacement or a snack to get through till dinner time. the protein in it helps to stay full. i fully recommend and Im VERY picky. if you like chocolate.. then the taste is very good.. or try the other flavors but you can tell its a top tier product. worth the extra few bucks

While I personally did not try this product, I am basing my review based on picky teenagers. My son is very thin and trying to take in more protein. He likes the Premiere Protein Vanilla and now the Cake Batter flavor. His favorite is Cake batter and he's been drinking one after school for a snack. He requested I buy a case instead of the 4 packs I have been buying. My daughter who doesn't like any type of protein products has also started to drink it.

I have all too often been forced to buy the Premier brand versus the only flavor of the Equate brand that I like, which is caramel. When I have to buy something other than the Equate caramel I tend to grab this cinnamon bun because it is the best flavor I've found in Premier brand. I am absolutely livid at the price difference between the 2 brands %26 the fact that one 4-pack costs $10 versus an entire 12 pack of the Equate, which is $21. I do have to say that I really do prefer this taste but the sad fact is it's not affordable. I buy it out of necessity because I need something to drink in the morning as a diabetic. My stomach generally does not want food in the morning so the best option for me is a protein shake. I also highly dislike the fact that they have changed from the cardboard packaging over to plastic! As the world tries to get away from plastic packaging, this brand moves towards it? It makes zero sense! It is my favorite flavor of Premiere. It is probably the least chalky of any of their shakes I've had. However the price is astronomical in comparison to what you can get with what I think is an even better tasting shake with the Equate brand. I would recommend it because of the great flavor, but I would honestly say that I myself rarely buy it unless I absolutely cannot find my Equate brand in caramel. Unfortunately I think Walmart is trying to get rid of that particular flavor for some reason? Perhaps they too are changing their packaging so we can add more plastic into the world!? I'd recommend it based on flavor.
