With lower back pain, do not expect miracles: they don't exist. However, thermacare really does a nice job to help relax the muscles in the back and get things relatively back to normal.

These are terrible, complete waste of my money! The wrap kept falling off after only a few minutes. I had to position myself in bed a certain way just keep it on and it never even got warm. Tried a second one and the same outcome. Don't waste your money!

I have used therma care for neck pain, knee pain, and sciatica... Also on my lower back to keep me warm when I have to be outdoors in the cold. Absolutely eases my pain and comfort's and soothes tight sore muscles and It almost always last longer than I need...

These are basically a portable heating pad. So if heat doesn't work for you typically, these won't work for you, but if heat usually helps you, these work great. I use these during the first day or two of my period when my cramps are the worst, and they help SO MUCH. I also use these at Comic Con every year and they are a major help. Definitely recommend these.
