Although the Nerf bars look ok,, the instructions leave alot to be desired. More effort could have been made to make the install easier. I had to fabricate a shim to these to fit properly. For someone that doesn't have the time or the means necessary to do it themselves. Most likely will have to pay a shop to install these.

These step bars look great on my 1984 K5 Blazer. The directions are horrible and whoever came up with them should be working as a Walmart Greeter. These step bars are offset meaning they are "side specific" so be sure to figure out which side is left and right. Installation is simple if your vehicle body mounts don't give you problems. Overall, very nice step bars especially for the price. I would recommend these to other people who want nice looking and well functioning steps.

These Nerf bars are nice. Besides a few scratches on the metal I love them. However, I had recieved a bracket that did not work on my truck. This was no faut of Real Truck. After contacting Real Truck about the problem, they put me in contact with a represenative from the manufacturer. That was very frustrating! Ultimately, I made the bracket I was sent work.

I went to a local truck accessory store and the very same bars were a hundred dollars more. They arrived quickly and were very easy to install. Appearance is very nice but the wall thickness of the bar is very thin. I thought it should be thicker. Overall I am very satisfied with the product and with RealTruck.

Had some installation issues but, the customer service of both Real Truck and Aries were excellent. Install perfectly after some tips from Aries customer service. The only negative could say is the instructions are worse than Swedish furniture, also they are photocopied and pictures are not clear.
