Strawberry does not come through in the taste. I am quite disappointed with the sugar free flavorings I have tried. Nothing seems to provide any flavoring that tastes as one would hope. I bought several sugar free flavors. I have tried the strawberry and chocolate macadamia nut and neither provided any real change to my vanilla protein powder drinks. I bought both the regular strawberry syrup and the sugar free strawberry. i give 5 stars plus to the regular syrup and buy it all the time but I'm done with the sugar free.
