This syrup definitely takes like cookies! It's a great addition to my cold brew coffee and I feel that I get the taste of cookies without the guilt of actually eating cookies! I have been buying Torani syrups for so many years. I switched to low carb/no sugar last year and I am so grateful for the selection of sugar free syrups Torani has. The flavor is impeccable and I can't tell that it doesn't have sugar.
