Fisher-Price My Little Snugabunny - Ultra Comfort Musical Gym

Our little one loved this at first, however, less than 2 months after it was purchased for us as a gift the mobile has stopped spinning and the music cuts off after 2 songs. This seems to be a common issue after reading other reviews. For the price it is very disappointing.

I registered and got this for my baby shower. My daughter loved it but the motor that played music and moved the birds stopped working after about a month. We thought it was the batteries at first, but replacing them didn't work. Cute toy but poor quality.

I bought the gym a few months ago for my newborn and I just opened it a few days ago. The second I turned it on, the mobile stopped working. I thought maybe it was my new batteries. So I replaced them. No luck. I paid $115 for the mat and it was very disappointing. Today I called customer service and they are just fantastic! Besides the mobile not spinning, I am very pleased with the gym! It has interesting toys for the baby that stimulate different senses! The sound, texture, and colours are great! If it wasn't for the motor, I would say this is a great buy. My baby loves it.

Our baby loves this mat, but after using the mobile only two times it stopped working. We replaced the batteries thinking that may have been the problem, but it didn't help any. We're very sad that what could have been such a fun and fictional product has such a poor motor.

I'm very happy with the product, the mother loves it. However, I'm disappointed with the shipping package. I ordered this online for a baby shower gift. It did not come in any type of box. There were shipping labels plastered all over the the item and the box was dirty and smashed on the corner.
