Product works great... when you can find it. Usually the shelves are empty. However, it's only available in the store as online purchasing has been disabled although no reason has been given. Adding insult to injury, Walmart has decreased the tablet amounts- now there's only 24 per pack, they've switched from bottles to blister packs, and tripled the price. My IBS isn't severe enough for prescription management, but that doesn't mean that nothing's necessary to deal with it. I've been purchasing the 144 count bottles for years- until they mysteriously disappeared from the shelves. And yet they were available on Amazon for outrageous amounts. Hmm. Arthritis isn't yet an issue in my hands but dealing with the blister packs is beyond irritating. All in all, if this is something you use because it's been more affordable than prescription drugs, you're probably going to need to switch products or stores because Walmart is no longer a dependable source.

This product works well, I too however, do not like the packaging. It is very hard to get them out of the package. I've had to use scissors or a knife and it's awful. I'm out of luck using these if I am not at home. Please put them back in bottles like before!!!!

Works great *if* you can get it out of the internal packs. The packs are 4 to a small sheet made ut of heavy duty plastic that requires a very sharp object to pierce. There is "foil-paper" on the back side that is supposed to "pull" open. The foil edge is non-existent and cannot be gotten to with any kind of sharp object. You have to take a sharp knife or razor and slice through the heavy plastic on the front side and pry the pill out! This dangerous and I recommend you buy another brand the packaging is VERY poorly designed!

The product works great and the price is right. However, it's only sold in packages of 24, and the store is usually sold out. Not available online. The worst thing is, that it no longer comes is a bottle. The only way to buy is in a bubble pack and the pills can't be pressed out. You have to cut them out with a knife or scissors, then peel off the bubble to get to them! I would only recommend it with reservations, since it is so inconvenient to buy and to use.

I like the Equate Anti-Diarrheal tablets; they're very effective and work quickly. I would give the product 5 stars except that I don't like the new packaging. Why did you change from the little bottle of loose pills to the blister packs? I don't have arthritis, poor grip, poor eyesight, or any other problems with dexterity, but it's a major time-consuming job to access the pills. If you're in a hurry to take the pills so they can begin taking effect, you're out of luck! I have some prescription pills that come in blister packs that are easier to access than these, since they don't have paper covering the foil on the back. These pills won't punch through the back of the packet. You have to somehow get the paper to tear off first, not an easy task. Cutting the blister packs open with a scissors or knife results in breaking the pills and/or cutting yourself. All of these chores are very difficult and time-consuming. Please bring back the bottled pills!
