Athletic Works 36" Circuit Trainer Mini Trampoline

i alternate using this trampoline with my 4 year old. it is safe, it is sturdy, it is versatile. It's FUN, it *really* gets your heart rate going and you don't even feel like you're working out, it's just this much fun. I would recommend it to adults and children alike-great tool, especially during winter months when everybody is cooped up and not much chance for activity

I have been using this trampoline along with the workout DVD included for about two or three weeks and I am already noticeably more toned and strong, I have never used any workout "machine" that felt this good and worked this well. I would have paid much more for this product, it is a steal!

This is a great mini trampoline. I have already recommended it to a friend for her kids. I did not attach the electronic counter because I use mine outside. I like the workout DVD but I use my trampoline mainly to jog or jump on to lose weight and not kill my joints. I was able to put mine together by myself as I do not have another person readily available. The hardest part definately was setting the trampoline base in the open position but WITH GREAT CARE, it can be done by one person. (I'm 5'3" in case anyone is wondering.) I'm so glad that I bought this and I also used the Site-to-Store option, which was very convienient.

I did not like this product. There were no springs for the trampoline, thus making it not very bouncy. I found this product hard to use because I could not jump high enough.

We've only had this a day and my boys are loving it! They like having the counter to keep track of their jumps. Last night before bed they reached their goal of 1000 jumps. Only problem is where the counter arm attaches to the base, it broke off. I look forward to using this myself when my boys (6yrs,4yrs,and 20 mos) aren't on it.
