Great trampoline the kids are so excited. The really like being in the shade also and we added a basketball goal to it. Also helps keep the ball inside the trampoline.

Not all the Parts fit together. When contacting the company they wanted a picture and a recceipt. It's been more than a week and we are still not able to put the trampoline together. We have not received a response or a new part.

The only problem we had with assembly was the legs because they HAVE to go in a specific order, and that order is very confusing when you've got the parts laid out in front of you but they aren't going together right. After 3 hours of attaching, detaching, and reattaching we finally got it to work, and the rest of the setup was a breeze. I feel very safe letting my kids (ages 7, 5, 3, 1) jump with minimal supervision. This has been a great purchase and activity for my kids to get exercise in a fun way!

I believe the main trampoline came in this box. The legs were a pain in the butt to get into the posts because you had to spread them. A 3 inch spread on these thick legs was a challenge. For a few of them it was better to stick both sides into the posts and then fasten the middle section to them. The frame can be confusing to put together but once you figure it out it was easy. VIEW THE CD THAT COMES WITH IT FIRST! Seemms to be very sturdy.

I compared many different trampolines and talked to friends that owned them and decided on this model. It is solid, safe, and the kids are having a great time. I was able to put this together in about 6.5 hours by myself. The instructions are OK, but the DVD is what really helped. I would watch a couple of steps and then do them, then come back inside (hot day) and watch a couple of more and repeat. I have had several different kids try to jump and touch the enclosure since I was concerned about its heighth, but none have been able to reach it. The enclosure helps to keep leaves out and shades it during the hot part of the day. My kids love it.
