Skywalker Trampolines 16' Oval trampoline and Enclosure - Blue

We bought this trampoline as a Christmas gift for our 5 children. We have had 3 different 12ft trampolines over the years, and because my children jump on the trampoline daily, and our family keeps growing, we decided to upgrade to a 16ft. We got an amazing price on a black Friday deal for this one. We researched and read reviews on multiple trampolines before settling on this one. I was nervous about assembly because of the many many reviews about how difficult and confusing the assembly for this trampoline was. However, I was pleased to find that either the instructions have been updated, or it wasn't quite as difficult as some reviews made it out to be. It took my husband and I about 2 hours to put it together. The only backtracking we had to do was when we assembled the 3 portions of the base in the incorrect order. It didn't want to fit together smoothly and we realized something might be off, so we checked the order of the panels and rearranged to match the picture in the instructions. It went together smoothly at that point. We were also very careful to count and hook up springs in the exact places shown in the instructions, and we had zero issues. With it being larger than your typical trampoline, you can just go ahead and assume that assembly will take a little while and some work to get it done. All around, we are very pleased with this trampoline and the kids love it.

I normally NEVER write reviews on anything. But we have had the worst experience with this trampoline. First, the two packages it came in arrived weeks apart. Fine, shipping these days is extremely overwhelmed and sometimes it's not the suppliers fault. But, when our second package finally arrived it had been all torn to pieces and taped back up. I would normally think this could have been an “en route problem”. However, two pieces, a big L shaped leg and a top bar for the net is missing. Anyone who knows how difficult it is to set up a trampoline anyways knows how frustrating it is to start putting it together , and then realize you're missing pieces. I'm starting to think this was a return at some point, and whoever returned it took those pieces out to use and sent it back. Which means the return packages were not properly checked. I'm hoping I can get ahold of customer service and have those two parts sent to me ASAP as I'm needing this trampoline to be finished ASAP. Those are the only two parts we have to add to it. We would have said forget it and returned it, but it is not sold in stores locally which means I would have had to order another one, and no one around our area has any for sale right now. It's also the weekend or I would have already called customer service.. It says they aren't open until Monday-Friday. Also, 10/10 do not recommend an oval trampoline. This was our first oval one to put up and it's barely oval, but just oval enough that the springs were so hard to get on.

Its a good size. My three kids play on it all the time. Unfortunately, one of the lower poles for the enclosure already bent. One of them leaned on the pole and it bend inward. My kids are 10, 8, and 7 so they do not weigh very much. I was surprised it bent so easily. It was very easy to put together. My husband and I had it up in about 2.5 hours (at night with minimal lighting.) You may need a small ladder if you are short, just to install the poles to the net. Overall, I would buy again, its a bargain for what I paid. I just wish the maker would do something different about installing the net to the enclosure poles. I wanted to add a basketball court to it, but how the netting attaches made my very difficult to do.

The directions are printed wrong. So we had to take down and put back up. Very frustrating!!!!

Trampoline is working out great. Took us about 3 hours to put together.we attempted to attach the springs to the frame first and then to trampoline which is impossible.make sure u attach springs to the trampoline first and pull back to the frame. 10x easier.
