AVEENO Active Naturals Positively Radiant Intensive Night Cream 1.70 oz (Pack of 6)

I cannot find the purple Aveeno Absolutely ageless restorative night cream anywhere. Been using for years and my skin loved it. This positively radiant night cream is very harsh and has caused drying and redness. I generally like Aveeno products. Totally bummed.

This moisturizer was terrible, it made me break out and made my skin feel a very strong burning sensation! I tried to continue using it but my face, specially the chin and neck area were very red and itchy! I used it for two weeks and it never got better, my face continued to sting for as long as I wore it.

I have used this line (Positively Radiant) without difficulty in the past. l was looking for a cream without sunscreen to use at night. Unfortunately, it stings my face when put it on. l am still able to use the cleanser and daily moisturizer with SPF 15. I will try to return the product and hope l can find something else. It doesn't work for me.

I'm 28 years old but I look 19 so I decided to start using a night so that I can maintain my youthful appearance. I already use all of the products in the Positively Radiant line (which has made my skin glow) so I bought the night cream. The first time I put it on it burned and tingled (not unbearably but I could definitely feel it). I kept using it because the next morning my skin was flawless and smooth. I mix some vitamin E and olive oil into it and it no longer burns my skin when I apply it. I love the Positively Radiant line! I just wish they would make the CC cream in a darker shade to fit my skin tone.

I recently decided to try out this product when my skin kept getting dried out around my mouth overnight. I have been using the positively radiant daily moisturizer in the mornings to help with the dryness that would show up, but wanted to try this out in case it helped to reduce it as well (because sometimes I would forget to apply the daily moisturizer before I left for work, and my dry patches can be pretty noticeable). It works wonderfully! When I wake up now there is no dryness. The product feels nice and light, too. It's not greasy or overly thick. As an added benefit, I've noticed that I get fewer breakouts since using this product. I have combination skin -- parts are very oily, while other parts are very dry, but even my oilier areas seem just fine with this cream. I'm not sure what the other reviewers are experiencing regarding a burning or tingling sensation. I haven't experienced either. This is a great product!
