Annexe Craft Table and Storage Unit Combo, Multiple Finishes

I ordered this combo piece for an alcove I turned into a craft area. It was the perfect size to fit into a small space, and provides both storage and work areas. It was delivered in a timely fashion, however it did arrive with minor damage to one surface corner of the desk. It was an easy fix with wood filler and paint I had on hand, so it was worth the self repair vs. returning the item. Overall the product is as described and as expected. It will serve my purpose sufficiantly.

I bought two of these. I book-ended them together, adding melamine shelving as a bridge between the two , extending coverage down one wall of my sewing room. The width of the table top was perfect for my sewing machines, as they need a bit more room than standard desk width. The price was great, especially when I compared the cost to getting an office type desk and hutch set up. I wish they would have had it in a cherry finish, but if that was the case I wouldn't have come up with the melamine shelving bridge, so I was glad I did it in white. They went together fairly easily but they're fragile on the ends where the melamine layer wants to 'peel'. I took some clear tape to keep it held down for a temp fix till I can glue it. The shipping for these items was great, as I didn't have a way to get it here myself.

Bookshelf worked out great. Fit the space exactly. The only issue I had was with shipping.....when it arrived it had dings in the desk. But that's what you have to gamble with when you by something and have it shipped.

I was pleasantly surprised how sturdy the table is. I bought this item to use in my new sewing room for my workstation. The box is very heavy so you must have 2 people to move this box around. It took my husband and myself about two hours to assembly it. The instructions could be a lot larger but if you take all the pieces out and then insert all the hardware first it makes the assembly goes to together very fast. The cubbies on the shelf are a large enough for all my items I need to organize and store. I would recommend this item for any crafter!

Well, the box was a little messed up, which caused one piece to be broken on the cornet, we continued with the construction because we realized it wasn't going to be a structural issue and it was hidden. It has very sharp corners and edges, so be weary of putting in a child's room. The shelves don't have notches in them on the bottom and they slide around...we cut in notches, problem solved. Went together in a snap and the final product is nice. Hope this helps...
