I have been using Thermacare Heatwraps Menstrual Pain Therapy for many years and I found them superior to any other pain relief options, including medication. I don't know why these are so hard to find in stores but I hope my local retailers will bring them back in stock.

omg i had no idea we can do a review and LOL i just emailed them thanking thermacare. First of all I was actually going to buy a heating pad. I get severe painful cramps. But then i googled something and therma care menstrual pain therapy popped up. I went to the aisle and omg their they were. I bought one box. I used it. I felt so relaxed. so warm. it just relaxed me and it worked. I used again the next day and next day. It is a miracle. I will continue to buy these. I love them so much. A lifesaver for sure.

I used it for the stiff muscles between my neck and shoulder, I was in great pain. After applying the heatwrap for few minutes I started feeling the warmth seeping through my stiff and rather frozen muscles and the pain slowly elevating. I was able to get a good night sleep after a couple of difficult nights.

Before these actually had a Velcro attachment much like the back ones, but ever since they added the adhesive, I believe it has taken away the warming power in the heat pad. I tried multiple heatwraps thinking maybe I had one that was defective but I'm sad to say I do not recommend these. If you need one that warm up and stay warm, I would suggest using the lower back headwrap. That one never fails me.

Do yourself a favor and buy a bed buddy. Or even some rice in a sock would be better than this product. First of all, it doesn't get nearly hot enough to penetrate sore muscles. Also, if you want this to stick to your neck, you better get it perfect the first time because once you peel it off it loses it's sticking ability. That's not to say that it won't still stick to your hair, because it definately will.
