My 4 year old daughter really enjoyed playing with this and my 2 year old son wanted to play with it but just ended up messing up the pieces and throwing them so it's better for kids 4 and up, especially since the pieces are really small and could be a choking hazard. This is a great set for imaginative pretend play.

The assembly is super easy. My little cousin absolutely loved this as she loves doll houses. She saw this and instantly grabbed as I was opening it. Only concern is that some pieces are delicate or very tiny- do not recommend this for a child under 3 unless you remove the small pieces. Overall- makes a great gift!!
