I've started taking it to help with my sleep and my moods. 5-HTP is a precursor to serotonin so I'm hoping taking this supplement will help with more stable moods. The size of the capsules are on the smaller side so very easy to take with no taste.

I have been using 5-htp for my mental health. And I can say it's working. Although it takes some time . But I believe I am more relaxed and calmer. Will buy it again.

This is a gentle formulation that really helps me sleep. Just two capsules at bedtime or half an hour before makes a big difference. Now I'm usually sleeping through the night.
