I wanted something small that I could use at home on days I wasn't running or dancing. This machine is perfect. I have used this 7 times in the 9 days I've had it for 15-20 minutes. So far, I've lost half an inch in my thighs. Works the legs, hips, behind. It's an awesome little machine. Makes you sweat and gets the heart pumping. I use my small free weights to work my upper body while using. I love it so much, that my best friend bought hers a few days ago. Worth every penny!

Wonderful compact stepper. Comes ready to use from the box. Very handy in winter when you need to get your steps done. Because you can loosen the resistant's you can get your steps in fast. Inside. Trust me its a workout try pumping out 3 miles going with a one two count this little unit should not be underestimated. I ordered the recumbent bike from sunny cannot wait for it to show up. I have to get my five miles in each day and have been upped.....oh joy rapture the old gray mare will try. Stepping, Striding(360 exercise system), soon to be Peddling more variety to get steps in. I can get my steps in no matter the weather. I admit it I find reasons not to walk I like weight lifting not as boring. But this little stepper is fun. Put some music on your good to go. Speaking of stepping time to get a move on and move feet not fingers typing and test those shock absorbers:)

I own several of the products from the line , an elliptical and a stationary bike and now the twist stepper. I highly recommend all their products for cardio fitness...they are affordable and easy to assemble.

I use this mini stepper at work to stay in shape. It works wonderfully with my standing desk and it's very quiet. The foot pads are a good size as well (I wear a size 10). The only issue I've had was that the when the stepper arrived the batteries were dead. Other than that I have to say it's been a good investment.
