Wilton Shot Glass Mold, 6 Cavity

I had to practice using the shot glass mold. Now I've got the recipe right. These go great with any ice cream, pudding. I especially like them with homemade vanilla ice cream. Would recommend this to anyone who wanted to add to an ice cream dessert !!!

I bought this product to make my own version of Dominique Ansel´s cookie shots. They came out great! They came out of the mold immediately no sticking to the surface.

These are cute but require a lot of work to make. I used these with chocolate and filled them with various types of fillings. Impressive but again a lot of work.

I received this cookie shot glass pan as a Christmas gift from my daughter,I love , love , love it..made chocolate chocolate chip cookies in it last night.they came out perfect...the key is to drop 2 tablespoons of cookies dough(/I use a 2 tablespoon cookies scoop ) in the bottom of the pan and push the center piece straight down in , bake about 18-20 min. When done baking cut off the ruff edges and keep for crumble topping , remove from pan and cool on cookie sheet .fill with desired filling and enjoy ..

This is a great idea and is ALMOST a great product. Like others, the plungers get pushed out when baking which changes the shape of the final product. This design needs an upper plate that is stamped into the shape of the plungers with standoffs on the corners that prevent the top plate from going too far down the bottom pan and also act as an alignment device producing a perfect product every time. I used a hole saw and pop rivets to make a proof of concept. It's ugly as can be but it works! Wilton, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make this product better! I would buy 100 of these pans if you did! Everyone else would like it too! In fact, I would love this design if it produced 24 shot cups.
