My kids has dropped, stepped and everything under the sun to this tablet and it still works with no issues. I really like it because I can take it out of kids mode to use for myself.
Horrible. I choose this tablet because i thought by having a gel protection covering it would be protected if dropped. Wronngggg my son dropped his on our living room floor and it cracked only after having it 2 days. I had the protection plan but its not covered so im out of money. I cant return or get another one. And the company wont even email me back regarding my conplaint.
this tablet is crap purschased it and been fighting to get it to work for my son. it keeps telling me I got to update but then it's like its blocked. restarted numerous times and their technical support does help
I have been having issues contacting Contixo in regards to the tablet. I placed an order for two tablets for my children. It was suppose to be their Christmas present, but the tablets didn’t work. The pink tablet keeps turning off when we tried to use it. As far as the blue tablet we weren’t able to get too far with it. The tablet asks for a pin and we had not even gotten to the part were we set it up. For what I can see the tablets have been used and were probably previous returns. The screens seem to be scratched too even though they had a screen plastic protector over it. I have tried to contact the company unsuccessfully since December. I left several messages to have my call returned, but I have not received a call back. I finally was able to speak to someone yesterday 01/22/2019. Per the associate I would be receiving an email yesterday with shipping labels to return each tablet. However I have checked my inbox and spam and so far no email as of right now. I tried contacting them again a few minutes ago several times with no answer other than an answering machine. I wasn’t promoted to leave a message like I was back in December.
Please Do Not Buy this product. The on/off button broke within a week of Christmas and when I took it to be fixed they said it would be cheaper to just buy a new one rather than fix the mechanism in the tablet. And because I ordered it well before Christmas it is after the 30 day return window...money just wasted. And my baby does not have a tablet.
