Pacific Cycle 12'' Girls Hello Kitty Bicycle

I bought this little bike for my granddaughter's birthday. She is 3yr old. It was simple to put together and came in the delivery truck sooner than I expected. She loves it!! She is 37inches tall and she fits on the bike just right. She may get another 2 yrs. out of it. Great product!!

The only thing about the product I didn't like- was that the instruction booklet has instructions for every bike the company makes. We didn't try to find the one we needed and put the bike together ourselves. Our daughter loves it and has already played with it for hours!

I ordered this online on a Tuesday night expecting this to be delivered the following week. It was delivered on Saturday, four days after I ordered it. I was truly amazed how quickly this was shipped. It was the highlight of my 3 year-olds birthday party. Overall this is a great bike for a beginner. It has a little car seat in the back for dolls and stuffed animals. My daughter loves it and her older brother loves to ride it too.

My daughter is very pleased with the bike. She is 3 years old and it is the perfect size for her. My only complaint is that the basket on the back was slightly beat up and had to be removed to adjust the seat height needed for her. Overall good value.

I am pretty satisfied with the bike purchase however the company needs to improve on the packaging and quality control. One of the handle bar streamers connectors were broken in the package and the doll carrier seat and the chain protector was pretty mis-shapen due to poor packaging. Also, the owner's manual is a large book with instructions for many other bikes by this manufacturer which makes the instructions complicated to find for this little 12" bike. A simple, one page of directions would be helpful.
