Barbie 12" Girl's Bike

Purchased bike for my grand daughter. Several pieces were damaged. flat tire, broken Barbie "stand" on handlebar, basket , and missing bracket and bolt for training wheels. Manufacturer replaced all parts eventually, but I have tried 3 times to get bracket for training wheels, and they keep sending me the wrong one...the left training wheel winds up at a strange angle, facing forward and has me concerned about the safety of the bicycle for my granddaughter. If they would be able to get the correct part, I would be satisfied, but at this time I'm not even sure it's safe. I wish I could give the bike back and get my money back.

My husband ordered this bike for our daughter and she was so excited when it arrived. Unfortunalty the basket and the chain cover where cracked and broken, was missing the peddles and the bar to connect the bike to the handle bars. Once of the tires had black marks as if it had been ridden on a road before. We immediately took it to our local Walmart where the associate was very surprised of the condition and was very helpful with the transaction to exchange for another bike. The bike in the store looks great and our daughter loved it. Just beware of it being shipped to you. We have ordered many things from Walmart online and this was the first time we have had an issue . I hope they pay more attention to their shipments and others do not pay $70 for a bike that looks like it has been used and in pieces.

My son had looked at bicycles for his daughter. He and his girlfriend found one they liked. I got it for my granddaughter. She really likes it! It really made her day as ell as mine. Tis' a pitty you couldn't see the great big smile on her face when she took her first ride. Really cool!
