Odd, mealy, texture with very little flavor. This salad was fresh but did not have the flavors i expect from chicken salad with pecans. Thr nuts were soft and I did not detect any celery in the recipe. It might be good to pick up as a quick lunch on the go, but I would not serve it to guests.
