it is a very good unit, lightweight, easy to store, and can start several vehicles before having to charge the unit.

I bought this product in hopes to jump my dodge caravan, which has a dead battery. The box didn't have specifications on how much peak amps it would need to be able to jump various batteries at various voltage levels, which would be helpful. I can definitely tell you that it doesn't have enough to jump start a dead caravan battery. However the 1200 amp version of the same product does.

Bought this to jump start my truck. Once fully loaded, hooked it up and boom, the engine was running. Very happy.

I have used much more powerful jump starters in the past for work with no problem. I could not get this device to jump start a battery no matter how long I charged it. Maybe it is the battery, but that is hard to believe as I recently purchased it. Not real impressed, and wonder if I needed one of the more powerful, and more expensive units.

it works great for starting my lawn tractor when the battery goes dead.
