Maybelline Expert Wear Eye Shadow Singles, Lux Lilac 90, 2 Ea

Earthly Taupe was a staple in my make up routine and I loved it! Now, I can no longer find it anywhere. Why would you discontinue this gem and not replace it with something comparable. I prefer matte neutrals and now you only offer shimmery items or neutrals that lean too far pink or yellow for an average skin tone. Extremely disappointed!!!

Please, please reconsider your decision to discontinue the Earthly Taupe and Silken Taupe eye shadows. I think enough of the responses here justify why so many of us loved these colors. I had used them for numerous years and was so disappointed to find out that they were discontinued. I have tried the new colors and they do not compare to Earthly Taupe and Silken Taupe. Please, please, please bring at least those 2 colors back to the line-up!!!!

I have used Earthly Taupe forever! I am now 63 years old and would look ridiculous in the shades you have been recommending as replacements. I like matte, I do not like shimmer, glitter, shiny, etc!! I can't believe you would discontinue Earthly Taupe when there is such a high demand for it! I have not been able to find anything close that doesn't make look like a clown! I am so disappointed in Maybelline right now, so much so that I refuse to buy any other product from this company until there is a replacement eye shadow that doesn't "glow in the dark!" I hope you reconsider and bring Earthly Taupe back, us more "mature" girls would really appreciate it! I am only giving 1 star because this product is GONE!!!!! I only signed up for emails because I am hoping to see Earthly Taupe being brought back! I want to look like myself again, clean and natural looking!

Good Afternoon, I have been looking for Earthly Taupe in all stores in my area for a while but have been unable to find. I like it because it is matte, not frost, and I use it as my under eye concealer. I've looked at your other colors, in addition to other manufacturers, and I have been unable to match. Therefore, I decided to come to your website to place an order and much to my surprise, I discovered that it has been discontinued. I am really confused since every time I have purchased it in the past, there was always only one or two in the display. If this color is so popular and always on the verge of being "out of stock" in retail markets, shouldn't that indicate to Maybelline that consumers buy it. Therefore, I just don't understand and it just doesn't make any sense to discontinue. I am asking, as a consumer who purchases a lot of Maybelline products, PLEASE BRING IT BACK!!! Thank you for allowing me to make this request and I hope that it is considered. Apparently, after reading some of the comments, a lot of other consumers feel the same way. Respectfully, Karen R.

After searching every local store, I've come to find that you discontinued this popular staple. To make matters worse, you don't even offer an equivalent matte shade. PLEASE bring it back. I guess a trip to Ulta is in order so I can find a suitable replacement.
