[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First let me start by saying any kind of PM medicine works the opposite on me. if I take the recommended dose I will be up all night. so that being said I took 1 aleve PM and I actually slept and didn't wake up with my usual back pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually don't like any type of sleep aid because it tends to make me drowsy even on the day after. However Aleve PM is completely different! This one helps my muscles relax in order for me to get some rest while still being able to “wake up” out of it without any issues. I've never been a big sleeper and as I've gotten older it's been even worse so I'm always looking for help for those rough nights. Just take 2 capsules with a 8 oz of water and then get ready to sleep peacefully. Nighttime sleep aid and no body aches = a win!! Will definitely be using this again as needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my husband took this, he takes Aleve regularly. he did not notice any difference in his pain and it did not help his sleep at all. he actually felt on nights he took it, his sleep was more interrupted. this could be entirely a response specifically to him though. if Aleve is something you can take and have trouble sleeping, might be worth a try. we also loved the container. not everyone needs child caps and this is great.

I work out frequently and occasionally look for something to relieve my muscle soreness during my sleep so I can wake in better condition. These helped me sleep through the night. I'd be curious how the daytime relief ones work as well.
