I HAVE HAD THIS SWING FOR 7 YEARS NOW. IT HAS BEEN THROUGH MANY BABY'S, SINCE I BABYSIT AND USE IT FOR MY GRAND KIDS AS WELL. AT FIRST HAD A PROBLEM WITH LEFT LEG HITTING BAR BUT LOOKED AND REALIZED THE RIGHT HAND BAR WAS NOT IN THE SLOT CORRECT. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM SINCE. I WILL SAT INSURE YOU USE A GOOD QUALITY D CELL BATTERY. THE ONLY FLAW I CAN SEE IS I WISH IT HAD AC ADAPTER AS WELL..

When my husband first put it together it didn't work right so I was going to send it back I was very disappointed, so I told him to take it apart, he didn't he realize he put it together wrong lol so now it right and we are happy with it and the baby is happy to she really likes the hanging animals
