My husband brought this swing our son and we were so excited to put it together. After it was put together the swing was lopsided, the straps clamps broke shortly after a few weeks, and our baby was a newborn. I do not think that the swing accommodates the weight size that it states it should fit. The plug adapter stopped working shortly after purchase as well, I would love to be able to purchase another as soon as possible. Can someone please direct me to the resource for replacement parts.

(DISCLOSURE: I received a free Bright Starts Up, Up & Away Plug In Sway & Swing to review. My opinions are my own.) There are a lot of awesome features to the Bright Starts Up, Up & away plug in sway & swing, some of them are the timer that allows you to let your baby swing for 30, 45 or 60 minutes. The non slip feet keep the swing in place while the multi directional seat allows for your little one to face forwards, left or right as they swing. You are able to wash the seat pad in the washer, keeping it clean and looking good as new. And best of all, you are able to use 4D batteries with this swing BUT you can also plug the swing in to save costs associated with using batteries. Overall I highly recommend this swing. It operates with minimal noise, which allows your little one to stay asleep should they fall asleep in their swing, which my daughter does often. Of course, all the while safely buckled into the 5 point harness that keeps them safe.
I received this product to review, but all opinions are my own. There are 2 things I really love about the swing - it swings front to back or it sways side-to-side and it can be plugged in. Every baby is different... one of my kids loved to swing side to side and the other loves front-to-back, so it's really nice this swing offers both because you never know what will work! You'll save a lot on batteries, too, by being able to plug this in. But you can use batteries if you'd like - if you need to drag it into the kitchen or somewhere not near an outlet while you're making dinner, etc. The controls are easy to use and understand. An older sibling can reach them to help out ;) The mobile doesn't move but that doesn't seem to matter - baby reaches for them and watches their bright colors and patterns. I do wish they were soft plush instead of plastic though. Also, the seat isn't super soft and cozy... but on the positive side, the material is easy to wipe clean. Make sure you have room for this as the legs are wide--but they will be like that with any full-sized swing. Overall, it's great for the price, we haven't had any issues, and I'd recommend it.
