Ingenuity Inlighten Cradling Swing, Piper

For the longest I couldn't figure out why I couldn't strap my baby in the swing. I thought I had assembled it wrong. Nope. The harness is sewed upside down. The shoulder part is down at the bottom. It's impossible to snap my daughter into it. Now it's a clothes hamper . My daughter never had a chance to enjoy it.

Received this as a gift for my son . A few months in of using it and shuts off ( sounds like it's shorting out, lights flicker lights on the control pad blink and turn off and the swing won't work) also when he is in it his head leans to one side looked at the seat and it appears to be the seat itself. So the swing is hit or miss on when it actually works and when it does my son is leaned to one side also the arm for the swing Hits plastic casing when it actually does work he is only 14 lbs

I like this swing and so does my baby. Bought it before our daughter was born and she has napped in it since she arrived. The swing does everything but one thing that's described and we love it for that. What I do not like is that even when plugged in, which is has been since day 1, it will not work at all if it doesn't have batteries in. It will stop working when the batteries die. Have plugged it in to almost all the outlets in the house and yet still does not function without batteries. Main reason we bought it was that is powered by either batteries or electricity. The description says it will save money on batteries, but how if it does require them. Disappointed.

I saw this swing when I first found out I was having a baby girl and fell in love with it immediately! So I did some research on it and finally purchased it and I am so happy that I did! It literally has all the bell's & whistle's a baby girl could need! Its absolutely perfect! The colors are so soft and beautiful! The fabric is incredibly soft and comfortable! I love that the seat reclines, There are so many settings to accommodate any preference its crazy! From the lights, to the spinning mobile to the mirror, To the setting of music & sounds, volume the fact that you can hook your phone up to it and play your own lullabies! Also you can use batteries or the adapter and there are several plugs that come with it for other countries outlets! They truly have thought of everything with this beautiful easy on the eyes cradling swing!! The best feature I find the most useful is the fact that the seat literally can rotate it anyway you want it! It does not just set straight forward like most swings the chair literally rotates in any direction you need which is so convenient and helpful!! I absolutely love this swing worth every penny spent on it and its very well made my baby girl will get plenty of use out of it and I will have it for a while!! I absolutely love this and cannot think of one negative thing to say about it truly! I most definitely recommend this swing!!

She's loved this swing since day one! She loves the rocking motion and sometimes falls asleep in it (the seat moves side to side or forward-back)! The mobile always leaves an awestruck look on her little face, and the lights add an ambiance that is entertaining and soothing. The pre-programmed music has always been her favorite to listen to since she was a newborn, but the option to play a Pandora station,(Rockabye! Baby: Children's Station) through my phone or mp3 connected to the swings speakers, is a great second! The only difficulty we had was that she was way too tiny to keep her head up while swinging at first, so we had to use a carseat head cushion. She's grown into the swing now and loves the six different speeds available for play or sleep. Thanks! Keep making great products.
