Graco Duet Connect Baby Swing + Bouncer, Weave

My partner bought this for me as a Birthday gift when i went to visit him in St. Louis. We walked into Walmart and saw they were selling 3 of these left for $39.99, Now I what your thinking..... $39.99 are you kidding me... this CAN'T be real. But i'll be honest with you ladies [I'm a single mother and I don't have a lot of $$$] so when I see this is selling for that price and there's ONLY 3 left in front of their store, OF CORES i'm going to jump on the chance of taking one. I took it back with me on the plane [That was FREE since it was with SOUTHWEST and i counted it as one bag. Cheaper than doing UPS ladies] to Washington DC. Opened it and started to put it together. Not going to lie though ladies, it is TRULY heavy. I had to push mine to the door because I was pregnant at the time and couldn't lift it. Plus i had no one to help me out with carrying it. My brother later on helped me take it up the stair though. The assembly part of it wasn't too bad, did get frustrated with putting it together for the first hour. [Add maternal mood swings and being 6 months pregnant] makes it hard to lift and assemble this on your own. So my recommendation ladies [with out sounding sexist] get a strong man to help you out with putting it together if you are doing this while your pregnant. Or be prepared to get SUPER frustrated over the simplest thing. Once i assembled it, everything else came ease. The swinging motion worked perfectly, have 4 different levels, the bouncer ACTUALLY bounces which is awesome. It does take batteries though, and that's just in case the power is out and you have to make it work with out the cord. The one thing I don't like is.... The recorded music is TERRIBLE. Woke my son up the first time i tried it. I found some of the music very kinda AGGRESSIVE and NOT AT ALL soothing. lol. I think the ONLY one I like is the Beethoven sympathy. All the others just are either LOUD or don't quite fit the "BED TIME" themed music. lol The other thing i didn't like is it came with NO shoulder pads. [That wasn't too bad though, just went and bought my own. Their actually quite cheap.] I did also have to buy a body supporter though. Because the actual seat is super big, and the head part of it is so high up he kinda sinks into the chair and then rolls around as it swings. So the body supporter was just PERFECT for that problem. So my final thought, Honestly....For the PRICE i paid, I TRULY can't complain. It was a STEAL BARON and has saved my life many many times when i'm truly tried and just don't have to energy to sit and rock him myself for hours on end. Especially at 4am when i'm half asleep and not all there in my head quite yet at that time. I just simple swaddle him and put him in it, turn it to level 3 to start off with. Than once I know he's asleep, i turn it down to level 1 and leave him in there. I also turn on my own personal mobile I got as a gift. [Fixes the music problem.] I WOULD recommend this product, especially if you find it on sale like i did. Unless your pockets are NEVER ending and always FULL. Then I would say go and buy one that's got better music quality and isn't so heavy. lol

I bought this for my second baby. Wish it was around for my first. It's portable and I can set it up in my living room or any room where I happen to be working or resting. The tunes comes with it are soothing. I can switch directions of the swing. It basicly gives you and your arms a nice deserved breaks when you sorely need one. Your baby enjoys it too. Overall, it is a good purchase!

I bought this product a month ago And we love it!! It's different waya it can turn swing makes it easy to fit in small areas. The bouncer is easy to take off swing. The music is really soothing. I love how its a two in one combo because its easy to store one thing then 2 separate things.

We got this swing for two reasons. 1. My baby has acid reflux and can't sleep laying flat. 2. My kids do not like the forward/backward motion swings, so the side to side motion was a must. This swing bought us sleep, and as anyone with a newborn knows- sleep is precious. My baby loves this swing. The bouncer clicks in smooth and easily, the bouncer has just the right amount of bounce to it, and it's a sturdy swing. I wish it had a setting on the back that would allow for two options of recline on the seat. According to my manual that came with the swing this is an option in some swings. My only dislike is it can be a little loud as it swings. Normally this doesn't matter, but at night time it's less desirable. However, as I said I'm pretty tired so it's not so annoying I can't sleep. Great product.

Easy to assemble. Great musical sounds-not annoying. Awesome function varieties. Great seat/swing combo!
