the seat is very "flat" and the baby slides to one side or the other, impossible to keep their head from falling to one side or the other. The head bumper that attaches is useless. It is way too high for an infant and if lowered and left loose, just lists to the side when the baby's head falls sideways. Also, the seat will just stop moving on it's own a minute or two after starting, even though the lights say it is engaged.

I got a defective product, but am still giving this a 2 star review. The swing worked several times, and I was highly intrigued at the magnetic (?) technology moving the swing. You have to push the swing to get it started which is fine, but the type of technology limited the forcefulness of the motion of the swing. If you have a child who loves to swing , and who needs a more forceful swinging motion, this is not the swing for you . Unfortunately on my device the swing would sometimes shut off completely while swinging even after it had established the correct motion in the "on" position. The framework of the swing was mediocre. There were some parts of it that I think could have been better made. The music that also came out of the swing was not a good quality as compared to another swing that I bought instead. Unfortunately this specific product was not easy to fold up to carry. There were screws used on the seat instead of a pop lock mechanism. So every time you had to fold it up, you either had to unscrew the screws or leave the screws unscrewed slightly with your child in the seat which I was not comfortable doing. I did like the timers and the vibration option on the seat. The color design is also super cute. The ability to add more toys on the toy bar was also a plus. If your child needs only a light swinging motion, this is the product for you.

I had to return the first one I bought because when I opened the box, the swing material was filled with stains. Now that I received the replacement it seems to have a defect because it doesn't swing as fast as the first one & the safety straps won't adjust to fit.

Useful, for all little angels.

We bought this for our baby boy, due to the convenience of it turning into a rocker, but it's a pain to put together and once it's together it doesn't seem as sturdy as past swings we have bought. Also, the packaging was damaged and once out of plastic and box, their was a smell to it.
