I was taking these regularly & my skin was flawless. I ran out & didn't think much about these until my skin started to look nowhere near as well as it did. After realising I ordered more & my skin is looking so much better again. My nails are strong again too.

I cant speak on hair growth, it's hard to tell when you see yourself daily.. I've also been taking it only for a couple months now, but I first noticed less hair fall when brushing my hair which is huge. If you do have problems with swallowing large pills keep in mind these are BIG even I struggle to swallow them. Overall these have been the best hair and nails supplements I have taken.

The quality of ingredients of Solgar product is excellent. I buy them regularly. The tabletes are rather big in size, but it's not a problem for me. I have noziced benefits in my hair, skin and nails. The taste is ok. As abortus dosage, I take one in the morning and one in the evening.I highly recommend this product.
