I've been taking for several weeks already and have noticed a huge difference in my hair and nails. My hair looks and feels much healthier and I see new growth. My nails are stronger and less yellow tinted.

My skin is supple, my hair is shining and my nails are grown so fast I already need a fill. The taste is amazing, not too sweet and has a coating on them that makes them not stick together. I love the price for what you're getting. Packing is clear so you can see what you're getting so you know what to expect. Definitely gonna continue these in the future and make them a part of my daily regiment.

These have a great amount of biotin 3000 mcg an iodine so great for hair growth. I don't like the B12 formula that is not methylation or natural flavors so for that I gave this 4 stars . But other than that these seem to be a great gummy .I haven't used them long enough to give a honest review yet.
