Disney Pixar Cars Mega Mack Playtown

First Thanks to MyKidsToys,Pennsylvania for the heads up about calling Mattel for a refund! I just called them and just like she said I need to return the vehicles and they will send me a check. My son is the biggest Cars fan and really wanted this toy. I read some reviews that said it was no good but I bought it anyway~BIG MISTAKE! It has been garbage from day one. It is very flimsy, doesn't stay together and is impossible for a 3 year old to work alone~I can hardly do it. My son has had this since Christmas and has NEVER played with it!

I got this for my son for xmas and have already given it to goodwill. Since day 1 it has not stayed together, not all the parts work. This is the only thing my 3 yr old asked for at xmas and he never wanted to play with it cause would not work. Waste of money

My 4yr old had been wanting this product since last fall, and I hesitated to get it because the reviews had not been so good. It seemed like such a fun idea, to have a playset contained within "Mac", but it just is too flimsy of a product. It takes some work to get everything off that needs to come off in order to put it away, and you have to have things lined up just right in order to get the locking mechanism to hold. My husband called it a piece of junk. Just be prepared... my son is constantly asking for one of us to help him fix it, because things come unsnapped as he trys to play with it.

This one of the worst toys that I have ever bought. It is NOT worth the money that I paid for it. My son is a major Cars fanatic and this toy makes him cry because it won't stay together so that he can play with it. It won't stay closed up so that he can push around the a Mack truck. Nor does it stay assembled when he tries to play with the playtown part of it. This toy is very cheap!!! I should of returned it when he got it so that he could of received a better toy.

Bought this gift for my son for Christmas despite all the negative reviews....was that a mistake or what! I already returned it because firstly the electronic part of the truck ie all the sound effects stopped working the third day my son played with it and secondly both my husband and I and my son were so frustrated with the poor engineering of this toy. It did not stay together and was not child friendly. Great concept, poor quality and execution! Even if your son adores Mac like my son does, I would look for a different option!
