TomTom ONE 125 - GPS navigator - automotive 3.5"

I get so lost most of my life. I was not very good at getting too one place without getting lost or driving around for hours. Well this Tom Tom is excellant. I would highly recommend them too anyone it's really amazing how this works. You won't go wrong the price is really cheap I have compared them too others. So if in doubt don't be. Buy it and you will be as happy as I am with the product.

We're satisfied with this lower end/lower priced GPS. It does speak in other languages besides English, you can choose from 4 voices both male & female. The directions are spoken but exact street names are not. Basically it says "ahead .4 miles turn right" etc. It will recalculate if you make your own route decisions for a last minute detour or stop along your route. you can ask it to avoid major highways or cities. You program what landmarks you want popping up like rest-stops, ATMs, eateries, gas stations and such. EXTREMELY user friendly right out of the box. had no trouble mapping anywhere in TX, AR or OK thus far.

Now I understand why so many people have one!!! Welcome to the technology world eh??!! ha ha Only issue I have with this one is they do not speak exit #'s, only tells you turn right or left in so many hundreds of yards. If you're on a major interstate that splits into 4 different ones (ie, I40, I440, I540, etc) it can be confusing to hear "turn right" or "keep left". Other than that, very very pleased and would highly recommend!!

For a person who doesnt like to ask for direction to a place this is perfect ---- direction on how to operate are easy to understand and the Tom Tom works great

The only issue I have with this Tomtom is that the maps loaded on it were from 2007. I had to up-grade the maps which cost $57- Apart from that it's great ;O)
