Danskin Now Portable Pilates Studio with DVD

I love this workout. I LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!! Jill is a great coach. she stays calm and keeps you paced. she never gets too excited or winded. She works you through the workout at just the right balance. Matter of fact I lost my dvd and bought it agian. Whoever said the dvd was defected probably had a defective dvd player. I FELT THE RESULTS THE FIRST TIME. I SAW THE RESULTS WITHIN JUST A FEW WORKOUTS!!! SWEAR IT!!

The dvd was defective wouldnt play..No resisitance..I have to go back to the store and beg for my money back...

I saw this online and compared this price to other similar models, then when I saw that it was available in the store (didn't have to pay for shipping) I rushed out to get it. DISAPPOINTMENT!!! The resistance is horrible. I understand that it is a pilates bar, but it does need to have some resistance to be effective. I am of average height, 5'9, and when I laid down to get the workout started, I was instantly deflated. There is NOOOO way I could benefit from this product because the resistance is just that poor. The price is GREAT, especially when you see the price of other brands on the market, but the resistance is a deal breaker. I am returning it today!

Just bought this yesterday and used it for about 15 min. Today I feel the burn and stretch still in my muscles, but no pain that would prevent me from walking or working out again. It is well worth the money, only wish I would have bought this sooner. I already did my workout for today and feel Great!!!!!!

I've bought every piece of exercise equipment known to man in my fight against the bulge. I rarely find one that works or that I stick with for long; however, the pilates home studio is fantastic. It's easy on the joints but gives a hard workout. You can cater the resistance to your level. I also love that it takes the guess work out of correct form with yoga and pilates. I would have paid much more than $20 for this - it's well worth the price.
