Gold's Gym Equipment Mat

The Gold's Gym mat is firm and sturdy. I bought it to protect my rug and keep the exercise area sanitary. The mat fits great underneath my recumbent exercise bike. The mat was well-packaged and the price was excellent.

I used this for working out my abs and sometimes while I do different exercises. Basically for the price its a great product doesn't take much space and the material does the job.

I searched for such a product on eBay, Amazon, and finally settled to this. Made of durable plastic or foam, it's thicker than it appears in the picture, which is all good. I am happy with my purchase. I use the mat for my cycling rollers.

Not as stable and firm as I had hoped. The ellipticle that we put on it still rocks from side to side. Soft, like a Pilates mat. But it will still protect the carpet from wear and tear.

I was looking for something cheap to put under my treadmill and this lives up to what I want it to do.
