Nature's Way Calcium Mag and D-Complex Capsules, 100 Ct

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you know your doctor recommends increasing calcium and magnesium then this is a good everyday choice. It also has a good amount of vitamin d. Unfortunately you must take 6 tablets everyday with food. This gets annoying to remember, so I need a timer. Also it is on the bigger side since their capsules but I am able to take them without an issue. The ingredients are clean as far as I can tell. They don't use added sugar or oils, which I appreciate. Also the ingredients are the good forms of the vitamins. Vitamin d3 is the most readily absorbed as well as calcium carbonate and citrate, and magnesium oxide and citrate.

They are excellent because they complement what I lack on a daily basis. Easy to swallow, which is very important, a balanced mix of minerals and a good price. I know we need calcium, and citrate is the easiest for the body to absorb; some calcium is made from crushed shells which just clogs the arteries, plus without the mag&d mix, the good kind of calcium. It may not be absorbed, and calcium may build up and be unhealthy. I don't know if this is the best formula, but it seems good to me. And, as a bonus, you won't have constipation problems if you take it regularly. It could prevent cancer, and magnesium works for energy and muscle cramps.

Is it helping me not sure, I will find out when I get blood work done but it does not seem harmful to take. I recommend, super easy to drink with all my other supplements.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I been drinking these vitamins for a while now, about 3 weeks. I've felt good specially because I lift heavy weight and do work out routines. So these help me with all that and more. My muscle soreness and cramping has minimized. I also love that these don't make my stomach upset nor has a bad taste. I like that i can take it with or with out meals and I feel good. The packaging is great and easy to open and swallow. It does not have any smell to it as crazy as it sounds for vitamins. My husband and I like them and totally recommend them!

I deal with chronic neck pain and I notice a big difference when I do versus when I don't take these. The quality of the ingredients are good and the bottle is appealing to me!
