It goes down easily without chalky taste. I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 because the orange flavor does not taste as good as the strawberry which the latter they were out of

Flavor is better than other liquids I've tried, and only need to take one Tablespoon (compared to 2 1/2 of another brand). I have to take liquid calcium. Pills are huge and lodge in my throat. Also, calcium citrate doesn't cause gas (big problem for me) and it absorbs better than calcium carbonate. The taste of this isn't bad. A little thick/chalky, but still better than a lot of other brands out there. I recommend.

Most calc-mag supplements are huge and hard to swallow. This liquid form requires just one dose a day. It tastes good, and goes down easily. For me, the only problem is that it has to be refrigerated once opened, and I don't always remember to take it along with my other supplements.

This is a great, and good-tasting, alternative to swallowing six huge calcium tablets a day. Can't be sure of effectiveness, but at least this product is pleasant to take and goes down easily.

I used to buy this product from another company. Was happy to find it at Swansons Have been using it for years and find it easier to take than a bunch of pills. Also the price is better and it tastes good.
