It is an excellent choice. The capsules are easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach. Gluten-free! If you're looking for a high-quality supplement, this one is worth trying!
Unfortunately caused a bit of constipation. I liked that the ingredients were relatively simple and pure. Others may react better to this formulation than me.
These Nutrilbiotic Calcium capsules are unlike many regular calcium pills that can be bulky and hard to swallow - the Nutrilboitic capsules are easy to swallow with their vege-coating which also makes them easily digestible. They do not have binders, starch, sweeteners, or flavorings. added. They also do not have any heavy metals which cane be in some of your supplements. I consider these to be a "clean" choice for adding calcium to your diet.
It has the right amount and the most easily absorbed magnesium. I take it for bone strength
